An event of this scale takes many months of planning and around 200 people are involved in one way or another to make it happen over the 2-3 days.

We are always interested in hearing from people who want to get involved as volunteers. No pay, long hours but lots of fun and a sense of achievement when everything works out. Experience is helpful but not essential for most of the jobs on offer.

At the moment, we are particularly keen to hear from anyone interested in:

• Fence judging
• Dressage stewarding or writing
• Showjumping/Cross country stewards
• Scoring
• anything else
